Overview
A highly concentrated liquid C.I.P cleaner fortified with alkaline detergent builders. These builders dissolve fatty food soils and attack burned-on soil. Heavily chlorinated for extra strength against protein soils. It also contains high pH stable hard water conditioners to prevent precipitation. Not for use on aluminum.
